SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Order & payment

    As a method of payment, we use Pay Pal standard method, which in addition to regular payments within PayPal account, allows you to pay by credit card without creating a PayPal account.

    All orders are subject to e-mail confirmation by us.  Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

    All prices shown  are in US Dollars. 

     All prices are exclusive of customs and import duties which might be applied in the country of delivery. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.


Shipping

​   We use Registered Air Mail to ship the purchased item, which takes approximately 7-21  working days, depending on the country of delivery.

   For  USA , UK,  Canada, Australia and  EU countries  we offer DHL Express services. Shipping time is 3-5 days.

   Delivery time begins 1 to 2  business day after the order is placed.

    Import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer as we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. 

    Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing  an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account. 
   DHL also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on the way to you. Enter your mobile number at check out to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched. You can also reschedule your delivery, placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home or arranging to collect your order from DHL services.
 
Please, be patient with the shipping. Sometimes parcels can take a bit longer especially  before and during holidays.
 

Return policy

    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within  14 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be made by registered Air Mail, not by courier service, and you must notify us the tracking number in advance.
 
    We will replace any defective item  if you wish to exchange.
 
      You will need to pay postage on returns.  When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued within 3 working days and you will receive a confirmation.
     We will refund the value of the returned product.
